In addition to the rates below, there is a £200 cleaning fee. The standard rate is for five guests and includes linen and towels. If the sofa-bed in the living-room is required (for one to two additional guests), there is an extra charge of £50 per person per week.  The minimum charge for short breaks is £600. A deposit of 50% is payable on booking, with the remainder due four weeks before the start of the holiday. We ask for a deposit of £200 against damages, which will be refunded within 10 days of departure.

Change-over day

Our change-over day is Saturday.  The cottage is cleaned in the middle of the day, so we ask that our guests arrive after 3pm and leave before 10am.

Pets allowed

While we do permit dogs at the cottage (for a surcharge of £20 per dog), we kindly ask that they be kept only in the downstairs portions of the house (not on the furniture) and outside, of course. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms under any circumstances.
